Abstract

Dear Colleagues,In keeping with the theme of this issue, I’d like to use this letter to reflect on what I learned from being a part of the organising team of the Workshop. In a way, this is a letter to future conference and workshop organisers but I hope the points could be extrapolated more generally too.
