Abstract
Dear Colleagues,
The debate on Open Access is still in progress.
The objective of the Science Policy Briefing of the European Medical Research Councils (EMRC) of the European
Science Foundation (ESF), is to accelerate the adoption of open access in order to guarantee equitable access to
European biomedical research outputs worldwide.
