The Emergence of the Romanian Medical Libraries Section

Abstract

Between 11 - 13 November the Romanian Educational Libraries Association held its Annual Conference. The venue was the Convention Centre in Busteni, which is one of the most impressive mountain resorts situated in the Southern Carpathian. For us, medical librarians, however, this Conference was important because it marked - at long last - the "birth" of the Medical Libraries Section.
